New automated procedure to unify orders

If you need to order prints in different formats and receive them in the same shipment, you'll pay according to the biggest dimension ordered plus EURO 1,90 per order for packaging and handling. The procedure is the following:

1- Order each format separately
Example: first order 50 photos in the 10x15 format, and then order 20 photo in the 13x18 format.

2- When you get to the payment section, don't do it as yet (even if it's with credit card or paypal)

3- Make a new order to unify or just click on the link "Unify orders" (placed in the order confirmation page), or, access to it thru the control panel or simply click here.

4- Select, in the list of orders, those you need to unify. In the list you'll find the format and the number of copies, date and order number, and the grand total. This data will make it easier to identify your order.
To select you just need to check the box near the order of your interest.
The minimum number of orders to unify is two, so you need to check at last two boxes to proceed..

5 -Click on "Proceed with the unification" to view the total of the unified total of the order and decide the method of payment.

6- You're now able to confirm the unification and pay with the chosen method.

Unification at this point is recorded, and is waiting for the payment (that has the same procedure of a single order).
You'll get an e-mail with the grand total and the instructions for the payment.

It's now possible to unify all the orders made in the past 15 days waiting to be paid (even if you have chosen to pay with cash on delivery and still haven't confirmed it ).
