We advise our customers to choose this order procedure only in case it's impossible to install ActiveX. The reason is the impossibility to have a preview of the pictures and the choice to specify the number of copies right from the album.

To have access to the Photoworld server via ftp, you can use Internet Explorer. Note that the most recent versions of the browser might not allow the operation of uploading.
We therefore advise the use of a specific ftp program like FileZilla, available for free by clicking here (watch how to use Filezilla with Photoworld ).
For MAC OS users the program of upload is Cyberduck, available for free by clicking here.

Order procedure:

1- Request the activation of your ftp access at this page ( after the login at Photoworld.it ).

2- One you receive the confirmation e-mail of your activation go to ftp.photoworld.it ( port 21 ) thru the browser or software chosen, inserting the same user id and password you use to login at Photoworld.it;

3- Upload your pictures in the open file folder.
In case of different photo formats, we advise the creation of a folder for each print format.
In case of multiple copies of the same picture, upload it as many times as the number of copies desired, or specify the number of copies you need in the name of the file ( example: IMAGE1_COPIES_3.jpg to ptint 3 copies of that file photo called IMAGE1 ); or you can also create a root folder with date and order number, then create another folder inside with the name of the format and again, create another folder inside with the number of prints desired (example: "2xcopies").

Do the same for later orders as well.

4- Access to this page and proceed filling in the form below, choosing the print format and the total number of prints (the number of files uploaded).
Proceed saving the order and making the payment. You don't need to send any other information, you'll be contacted when your photos are mailed out.

Notice: as soon as the photos are printed the file will be removed from the ftp folder.

5: After the upload in the ftp you need to create the order on the website so that we can add format, method of shipping and payment.

A: Access Photoworld using your username and password;
B: Click on "order from FTP" on the control panel, select the category of the product your interested in, the number and th ename of the file folder containing the pictures to onclude in the order;
C: Pick the type of paper, the cromatic corrections, the optional, if needed, and the shipping method;
D: Verify the cost summary and the address of destination; choose the payment method;
E: Confirm the order and pay.
