Photoworld.it offers different types of shipping to meet the customer's needs.
1- Priority Mail: your pictures will arrive in 48-72 hours (Photoworld is not responsible for late deliveries and mistakes due to the postal service provider Poste Italiane)
Photoworld will advice the customer about the shipping date from the post office located in
Palinuro and, in case of lost mail, after 20 days from the shipping date, the customer can present a complaint for missing mail delivery at the post office of his town or district. We'll need the fax or e-mail of that complaint so that we can proceed at the re-print and expedition of the order.
2- Courier: it's the safest method to receive your pictures within 24/48 hours right to your door (the Courier Service provider will be responsible for late deliveries and responsabilities). Expect longer times of delivery to the islands and remote locations.
With this method you can track your shipping any time using the link "Tracking" situated in the control panel.
This method requires the presence of someone at the time of delivery, otherwise the package will be placed in a deposit by the courier and the customer will pick it up paying for the stocking cost.
When you order your shipping method, you have the option to receive a Sms with the tracking informations of your order at the cost of € 0,50 (tax included) .
