How to cancel a wrong order
If an order is wrong or incorrect, you can still cancel it before making a payment, you'll see the state "waiting for payment". After the cancellation you can eventually order it back.
To nullify an order in the state of "waiting for payment", go to the "Order History" on the control panel (after the login with your user name and password).
Once you are in the order history section, identify the order you desire to cancel, then click on "cancel order" (view image below).
You will be asked confirmation for the elimination, by clicking OK the order is permanently removed from your order history. To make it effective, click on the link "back to order history" (going back using the "back" button of your browser will not be valid); you could also go back to the order history and press the F5 button on your keyboard.
Notice that in the case of unified orders you'll not be able to cancel just one of them, but you'll eliminate the whole order!
If it's necessary to cancel an order already paid for, you need to contact our Customer Care operators tempestively ( via e-mail at Customer Care@photoworld.it, via toll-free number 800-13.17.18, or via ticket on our platform http://Customer Care.photoworld.it ). Photoworld will be pleased to help whenever the order has not yet been elaborated in our labs.
